I’m overwhelmed by the incredible number of kind responses from so many --  messages that brought tears to Mariann’s and my eyes. We are simply amazed by your love and support. 

Because of the cancer, I lack the energy to reply to each of you with the personalized thank you I wish I could convey.     Please know that every message is being read again and again.  Each is valued because it brings me needed strength and peace.  

So, with this message, I wish to express thanks to each of you for your kindness, friendship, and goodness to Mariann and me.  Most importantly, thank you for your  prayers and for the assurance of your continued powerful advocacy for those without a voice.
