While we know the death penalty positions of legislators who serve on the Courts of Justice Committees, we know very little about the positions of the other Delegates and Senators.

We are asking you to please contact your state Delegate and Senator and ask them if they support death penalty abolition.

If you don't know the name and contact information of your legislators, you can easily find that information by clicking on WHO IS MY LEGISLATOR?

Please forward whatever response that you receive from your legislators to Michael Stone at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..

This information is essential for constructing an accurate vote count on death penalty abolition in the House of Delegates and Senate.
